I'm reading your recipe, thinking wow--that's just like I cook it! :) Actually I prefer to mix summer squash with it. I planted both--just don't have any yet, and sure looking forward to it! It does "look" a little ah......"scrambled", but it is very good! I still laugh at the time we were talking about zucchini with my dad & he said there wasn't any way the stuff could be cooked that he would like it.
