A Wedding Story

I had this post ready for several months to celebrate this day.  In the light of recent events, it is more precious than ever.

Twenty-five years ago, we were married.
I'm glad the the story continues and gets better every year.

Happy 25th to you both! I thought about you this eve. In fact, I made a luminarie in your honor out at the fairgrounds for Relay for Life. I put "In Honor of Shelly Kleeb, my Cancer Sister!" I do hope we'll be just that for a long, long, time! So with no smell, does that mean no taste, too? That would be a bummer, but better than the alternative.

Happy Wedding Day to you and Jim! You can put this down as probably your most pampered anniversary ever. :) Keep healing and keep your lovely positive attitude!

You don't know me but I see you at York every and now I plan to say Hi since I know your name. I've enjoyed reading your blog as you go through this rough journey in life. Congrats on 25 years of married life. I couldn't believe it but I wore the same dress in '87 too. My name is Rhonda Kracht. Thinking of you in your recovery and thinking of the blessing we have to share such a rich family who is always willing to offer helping hands.

Dear Aunt Shelley,
This is beautiful, as is your love story. One of these days we will get around to taking those anniversary pictures.
